How did we get here?
2016
In 2016, the company officially incorporated as FRANZBUILT CONSTRUCTION INC., now led by her son, Mr. Norman H. Torres. The firm relocated to Quezon City for a more accessible office and expanded its services into landscaping, interior design, and technical management
2004
Founded on March 20, 2004, our journey began as a dedicated construction firm. Starting with an initial project worth ₱2,000,000.00, the company has since built a solid reputation for reliability across commercial and high-end residential sectors.
