How did we get here?
Ms. Leonora Espino Herrero, who started out as a real estate agent in her earlier years. The vision of Ms. Herrero‑Torres to foresee the brisk construction activities in the country in the incoming years and what made her decide to put up a construction company and to go into the business
In 2016, the business incorporated as Franzbuilt Construction Inc. Leadership transitioned to Mr. Norman H. Torres, who drove the company’s strategic expansion under the mentorship of the founder.
On March 20, 2004, she founded NOFRA CONSTRUCTION as a sole proprietorship registered under the Department of Trade and Industry. With an initial project valued at ₱2,000,000, the company steadily built a reputation for delivering efficient and dependable construction services to both commercial clients and high‑end residential property owners.
Under Mr. Torres's full leadership, Franzbuilt Construction Inc. diversified its expertise beyond general construction to include landscaping, interior design, and project management. Today, the company is entering a new era—executing major infrastructure projects and breaking ground on large-scale land developments.
